Rachel Rubin, a Minnesotan with Peruvian roots has been in the restaurant and food industry for
more than a dozen years. As a chef, she has helped open and run some of the most exciting
kitchens in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, including The Loring Café, Chino Latino, Tiburon,
and Bobino Café.

Rachel staged in Paris and experienced classical French cooking. In Lima, Peru she studied traditional Peruvian cuisine
and ancient Incan cooking. Along with this varied background she also has complete Kashrut knowledge and speaks
Spanish fluently.

She has headed many research and development projects with local Midwestern based companies. Working on a local
television show she was Segment Producer, Culinary Expert and Chef.

Currently Rachel owns Exclusive Catering; a company that develops custom menus for all events. She uses Organic and
otherwise certified natural whole foods products for her original events using locally grown and raised ingredients to support
our area farmers and community.

In addition she is the Executive Chef with Thousand Hills Cattle Company highlighting the wonderfully tender 100%
grass-fed beef. She also teaches many varied classes at various Twin Cities cooking schools. Rachel is devoted to creating
original culinary experiences across the board.
